- Won All Natural National Power Lifting Championships with 800lbs squat, 675lbs bench press and 650lbs dead lift - World Champion.
Bench pressed 700lbs for the first time. Broke state, national and world Police/Fireman record S.L.P.
2003
- Broke the S.L.P National Police / Fireman Open Record with total bench press, squat, dead lifts.
- S.L.P - The Last One Competition 625lbs Bench Press.
- Broke own state record with 600lbs bench press at the S.L.P Illinois State Fair.
- Broke state record: 575lbs Bench Press
2002
- Took 1st place with 700lbs squats to win A.N.P.P.C World Cup.
- Broke Illinois State Record and won 1st place in Police / Fireman division at the Illinois State Fair
- S.L.P - The Last One Competition 550lbs.
- S.L.P - Broke the national record with total lifts, bench press, squats and dead lifts.
- Won 1st place at the Endzone Gym Competition. Best lifter - 500lbs bench press, 54reps at 225lbs.
2001
- Maroscher / Carnaghi Illinois S.L.P Open: Broke the Police/ Fireman State Record - 410lbs @ 220 b.w.t.
- Pecatonica Fitness Bench Press Classic. S.L.P (Son Light Power) Federation - Broke state and Police / Fireman record with 435lbs @ 215 b.t.w.
- S.L.P: The Last One Competition - benched my first 500lbs (Dec).
2000
- 1st Competition (influenced by Detective Al Kennedy).Came in 3rd place at End Zone Bench Press Competition - 385lbs @ 210 lbs b.w.t. Lost World Police / Fireman Games by missing all my lifts.
